What plans are available?
We currently offer three plans — Essentials (Free), Rewards, and Metal. Rewards and Metal include extras like higher cashback rates, unlimited Mini Apps, and no foreign transaction fees.
How can I sign up?
Just open the app or visit our website, choose your plan, complete registration, and upload any required documents. Easy as that.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope — everything’s upfront.
With Essentials, some Mini Apps have a small fee, and there’s a 3% foreign transaction fee.
With Rewards and Metal, all Mini Apps are included and there are no international fees.
For full details on our fees, please read our Terms of Service.
I am an old user, what happens to me? Am I required to move to a new plan?
Not yet, you will continue with your old plan for the moment. We will let you know beforehand via email if and when the legacy plan will be retired.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime in Account → Plans.
Changes take effect immediately.
If you upgrade, payment is charged automatically to your Klutch Credit Card or debited from your Spend Card.
If I upgrade mid-month, how does billing work?
You’ll be billed every month on the same day you upgraded.
Your cashback and other premium benefits start the moment your new plan becomes active.
Can I downgrade back to Free anytime?
Absolutely. You’ll keep your premium benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
After that, your account stays active but will follow the Essentials limits.
Do I need to resubmit my documents when changing plans?
Usually not. Your verified documents remain valid unless the new plan requires additional information.
How many physical and virtual cards can I create?
Essentials: Up to 10 virtual cards per month
Rewards: 1 free physical card + up to 50 virtual cards per month
Metal: 1 free metal card + unlimited virtual cards
Additional physical cards cost $6 each.
Daily limits may apply to prevent misuse.
What happens if I reach my limit?
You can delete an active card, wait for your monthly cycle to reset, or upgrade your plan for higher limits.
When is it worth upgrading to a paid plan?
If you regularly spend with your Klutch card, the paid plans quickly pay for themselves through cashback and perks.
How much do I need to spend for the Rewards plan to pay off?
Rewards costs $12/month (or $120/year).
To break even, you’d need to earn $12 in cashback per month.
That happens at around $600 in monthly spending or $6,000 annually, since:
2% of $6,000 = $10 cashback → you already earn the plan cost -- anything extra will be a 2% cash back.
So, if you usually spend over $600–$700/month, the Rewards plan can be a great deal.
And for the Metal plan — when does it make sense?
Metal costs $25/month (or $240/year).
You’d break even once you earn $25 in cashback.
That happens around $850 in spending per month or $12,000 annually —
3% of $850 = $25.5 cashback → already $0.50 more than the plan cost.
And if you spend above $850, the 2% rate on the rest keeps adding up — so the Metal plan becomes clearly profitable for higher spenders.
What if I pay annually?
With annual plans, you save even more — effectively getting two months free.
So the break-even point is slightly lower (you need to spend a bit less each month for it to be worth it).
